GENERAL FEATURES
Dizayn Oxy Plus combi pipes is a 3 patented system whose technology is completely realized by Dizayn Group. These pipes are composite structures of PPR pipes. The pipe consists of two PPR layers with equal wall thickness and aluminum foil between these layers. The adhesion of the foil and the PPR layer has been achieved with the adhesive on the top and bottom of the aluminum-foiled in the middle of the wall thickness. The reasons why aluminum-foiled pipes are preferred in the installation are as follows;

Dizayn Oxy Plus Combi Pipe, in which the aluminum foil is placed right in the middle of the wall thickness with its unique technology, has eliminated the foil peeling process called shaving. With this technology, Dizayn has eliminated the time loss of the plumber, muscle fatigue and nervousness in removing the foil remaining on the pipe surface, which cannot be removed by shaving, with a second process.
DİZAYN OXY PLUS COMBI PIPE EXTENSES THE LIFE OF THE INSTALLATION.
During the installation to be made using Foil Pipe, the oxygen permeability value required by DIN 4726 Standard can only be achieved with the Oxy plus boiler pipe.
With the Dizayn Oxy Plus Combi Pipe, the oxygen permeability is below the level of 0.1 g / m3xday stipulated by the DIN 4726 Standard, as the parts inside the fitting are foiled. In other foiled pipes, the oxygen entering the system through the polypropylene polymer chains in the non-foiled areas reaches the water. Dissolved oxygen carried in water comes into contact with metal parts. As a result of the chemical reaction, iron oxide, in other words rust, is formed. With continuous oxygen input, corrosion continues and causes radiators and boilers to rupture, pumps malfunction and energy consumption.
Dizayn OXY Plus Combi Pipe does not pass oxygen molecules and there is no corrosion in the system. The heating system works with the efficiency of the first day.
DİZAYN OXY PLUS PIPE MAKES MINIMUM EXPANSION.
While the fluid at a temperature of 80 ° C in the pipe without foil elongates 10.8 mm at 1000 mm, the Dizayn Oxy Plus Combi Pipe elongates by 1 mm at 1000 mm under the same conditions.

The production of foil and pprc layer thickness above the standard diameter in known foiled hoses causes the pipe outer diameter to have a non-standard value. Dizayn Oxy plus boiler pipe is the only foiled pipe that does not have non-standard diameter dimensions thanks to the foil in the middle. The Oxy plus boiler pipe, which has standard diameter dimensions, takes up less tank volume and its installation does not require special clamps.
