Advantages, Where and How to Use, Considerations


·         It can be used in 95 °C in PN10 bar.

·         When temperature rises up to 120 °C, it shows resistance.

·         It can be upholstered in a very short time and without reduction by wastage because there is 160 m coil.

Where and How to Use?

The product is used in floor heating systems, mobile heating systems and mobile plumbing systems. Because it is produced as coils, it is applied appropriately for tile shapes easily with its flexible structure. It is applied inside casing pipe in radiator systems called as mobile installation. Sheath has a several advantages. Heat is reached to radiator without losing on its way thanks to air space left between casing pipe and plastic pipe. It protects the pipe against damage by sharp objects during installation application. When there is any leakage in the pipe because of any reason, the pipe is removed from the sheath and replace with new pipe. 

Hot water reaches to upper floors from heat source by means of columns. Collector in each flat reaches water in line to floor heating pipes or radiators with mouthpieces. Return mouth of the pipe enters a second collector and reach to return column


When flooring is made, air spaces should not be left between alum and pipe. This creates heat curtain and decrease efficiency.

Wedges should definitely be used behind the corner return product in 90° elbows at the bottom part of collector inlet and outlet. This wedge is breaking point in expansion during heating cooling. The wedge prevents this expansion and does not allow this breaking.

Inlet port of valves near radiator should face down. In this way, the pipe makes a 90° angle so that mounting can be provided. If the port faces the wall, the angle shall be 180°. Such return in a small diameter is not appropriate for the structure of the pipe. This situation forms a great voltage in molecules of the pipe and weak point appears. Uncontrolled increases in pressure and temperature may cause explosion as well as potential cracks in pipe depending on the ambient conditions.

Sharp turns are not recommended when casing pipes are installed. Otherwise, new pipe can not be passed into the sheath during replacement of pipe.
